Advantages of QV-MEC-R
The stations of this collection are the feeding station (warehouse), distribution (conveyor belt), palletizing robot (transfer) and the central control system of the PLC control system.
The purpose of designing and building this system is to teach programming, electronics, fuzzy control, and how industrial arms work.
All parts of this system are designed in a basic way so that no ready-made modules are used in it, because the purpose of building this system is to teach basic programming, control and electronics to an advanced level. Therefore, students are familiar with the basic concepts of servo motors, drives and fuzzy logic networks.
The robot is controlled by a central control system (including a number of control boards that include the CPU, input and output, and communication links) and the robot’s movement positions are given to the system by the TP. Given that the above robot is a 5-degree-of-freedom robot, it can easily move in different directions to reach the goal.
