How QV-MIC-KIT works

Inside the human ear there is a very thin membrane called the eardrum. When this membrane vibrates, the human brain interprets these vibrations as sound.

One of the main factors that cause irritation and vibration of this membrane is the changes in the air pressure it encounters.

As mentioned, a speaker acts the opposite of a microphone, converting electrical signals into sound.

When electric current passes through the speaker coil wires, it creates a magnetic field, which due to proximity to the magnet of the speaker, causes the central core and protective cap to rise or fall, and as a result, the diaphragm paper will be pulled in or pushed out.

Due to the rapid movement of this core and the continuous changes in the electric current inside the coil, the diaphragm paper will continuously oscillate, which in turn will produce sound.
