QV-PNA Advantages

This set is divided into a pneumatic section, which includes various cylinders and sensors, and a control system section. (The equipment of this section is explained separately below).

All equipment is designed to be easily reconfigured by the user according to a new schematic, allowing for the implementation of different processes. All cylinders are air-powered and require an air pump for testing.

PLC Integration

If requested by the user, the set can be connected to a PLC panel. In this configuration, sensors (optical, inductive, etc.) are placed next to each cylinder to provide feedback. These sensors are wired to the PLC control system, allowing the cylinder’s operation to be based on this feedback.

The electrical operation of the cylinders is handled by solenoid valves mounted on the set, which are connected to the PLC outputs.The control system includes a PLC with inputs and outputs, as well as a function simulator. The function simulator is directly wired to the PLC’s inputs and outputs. Female sockets are provided next to the solenoid valves and sensors, allowing the components on the set to be connected to the function simulator’s inputs and outputs using male cables. It is important to note that the PLC control system is not included in the basic set.
