The CNC Milling Machine Educational and Research Set (QV-CNC-STAND-A) is designed for educational purposes but is built with all the features of large industrial CNC machines, using fully industrial and standard components.

QV-CNC-STAND-A Advantages
CNC milling machines are among the most widely used industrial machines in various industries.
The need to teach various skills related to these machines—including operation, programming, troubleshooting, and installation—to students in mechanical, production, and sometimes even electrical engineering disciplines is undeniable.
Using large-scale CNC machines in educational centers is often not feasible due to several factors, such as high cost, safety concerns, and potential health risks to students. For this reason, we decided to produce a small CNC milling machine with educational capabilities that still retains all the specifications of a large industrial CNC, using entirely industrial and standard components. This aims to meet the needs of educational centers, including universities and vocational-technical schools.
All mechanical and electrical components used in the construction of this device are industrial-grade, ensuring that students can be trained in all the aforementioned skills.
